We had a great time, Little pricey but to be expected in a touristy area. So we had a little fun, we lived in Italy for five years and spoken in Italian the whole time even pretending not to speak English. No one spoke Italian but it was really fun. The people were courteous the food was good but definitely not traditional Italian, maybe traditional New York Italian. The atmosphere was very lovely as well. Thank you for the good time and we may be back in on our next trip to Augustine.

The food at this Italian restaurant was a little bit of a roller coaster. On one hand the bread had a beautiful crunch on the outside and a nice warm soft inside, while the lasagna was well layered, meaty, and cheesy but not over done. But on the other hand the noodles in the fettuccine Alfredo were still a bit tough and we paid an extra six dollars for four shrimp. The atmosphere is definitely the weak point here, the decor is very out dated, the dining room is dim, and there is a strong smell of mildew. My first instinct was to go else where but I don't believe in reading a book by its cover. The staff and service was the high point of my experience, everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming. You really get the sense that it's a family run restaurant, from the time you sit down you feel like you're sitting at Grandma's house having a meal.

Originating from New Jersey - I have high standards when it comes to Italian food. They are the best in town, and it’s really not close.

I love how they transformed a 1950s residence into a quaint little Italian restaurant. My antipasto salad was amazing and filling. The owners ate very friendly and personable. You gotta try it.

Had a terrific dinner there with my wife. The food was delicious and well prepared. The service was fantastic! It’s a family run business and you get that sense right away. Certainly worth a trip out there. Highly recommend.

Our service was great and the food delicious as always!! We have followed Casa Benedetto's for their wonderful food and friendly reception from the Vilano Beach area to their new location. Highly recommend for people who are wanting authentic Italian cuisine!

My husband and I really enjoyed our dinner yesterday from Benedetto’s. We shared an entree of Lasagna, as well as the Sausage and Peppers. The serving was generous, and they were both delicious. The lasagna had meaty / cheesy layers with “light” pasta in between. I don’t like it when I order lasagna and they use heavy thick pasta ... this was perfect. The Sausage and peppers were tasty and juicy. Nice fresh salads, and lovely bread. We will definitely be ordering again, and when we’re thru the virus issues, we look forward to dining in! Thank you!

Alfredo sauce is the best. The smell of authentic italian food cooking is amazing. They didnt have spinach artichoke as an appetizer but made it special for my wife. That NEVER happens anymore. You will not be disappointed.

I can’t say enough about this restaurant. You walk in and you feel like you are in a lovely home. It’s family owned and the owners make it a point to say hello. The food is exceptional! My Mom had the veal piccata and I had angel hair pasta with Italian sausage. Hands down the best and most quaint Italian restaurant in St. Augustine!
